Items on clearance or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are yours to pay unless the return is deemed refundable (see REFUNDS below).

Packages are to be fully insured, otherwise items lost or damaged in the shipping process are not the responsibility of ORLÉANS BREWING CO., and will not be exchanged or refunded. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent or dropped off within fourteen days of the delivery confirmation date.

We allow ourselves the right to refuse any parcel not matching our criteria.

If a parcel is refused upon delivery, related fees will be deducted from your refund. This includes, for instance, customs fees for international orders or shipping fees



There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier, Canada Post.

For regular returns, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

If you received a faulty item, please send us pictures by email to along with your order number and a description of the defect. You must do this before the item is shipped back to Orléans Brewing Co., otherwise we will be unable to complete the purchase refund and/or shipping fees.

Any defects occurred after washing an item are not the responsibility of Orléans Brewing Co.
