How do I qualify for Free Local Delivery?
We do free Local Deliveries for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee. We do same day Local Delivery 5 days a week TUESDAY to SATURDAY, for the following postal codes within 30KM driving radius: K1A, K1B, K1C, K1E, K1G, K1J, K1K, K1L, K1M, K1N, K1P, K1R, K1S, K1V, K1W, K1Y, K1Z, K2A, K2C, K2E, K4A, K4B, K4C The person receiving the package must show a 19+ ID to receive the delivery. The person receiving the order can be different from the Shipping Name. How do I get same day Delivery? Orders placed before 12pm will get same day delivery. If you place your order after 12pm, your order will be delivered the next delivery day.
When time should I be home to receive the delivery?
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification giving you a 2 hour window of when to expect your delivery. Please be home to receive the shipment during this time. If you are not available to receive the order, our drivers will try to contact you but if we don't receive a response, we will skip the delivery and you will have to pick up your order from our Bottle Shop located at 4380 Innes Rd. Ottawa (Orléans), ON K4A 3W3.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to unattended address or is refused upon delivery, related fees will be deducted from your refund. This includes, for instance, customs fees for international orders and/or shipping/delivery fees and/or a $5 service fee.
What are your physical distancing measures for delivery?
To make sure we are practicing proper physical distancing measures, we will go through the following steps when we deliver your order:
- When receiving your order, please stay indoors (inside your house / condo lobby) and show our driver your ID through a window/lobby window.
- Once the driver has verified your ID, your package will be dropped off outside your house/lobby.
- Please wait till the driver has made their way back to their car before retrieving your package.
What happens if I'm not home or I miss the delivery?
If no one is available to pick up the shipment, you will receive a courtesy call to coordinate something that is feasible for our drivers' delivery route. If re-scheduling is not possible, the package will be brought back to our Bottle Shop located at 4380 Innes Rd. Ottawa (Orléans), ON K4A 3W3. You can pick it up from the brewery - open Tuesday to Saturday 11:30am - 9pm and Sundays 11:30am to 4pm.
What happens if I live outside of the Free Same Day Delivery zone but live in rural Ottawa or outside of the 30KM driving radius?
Addresses in the following Postal Codes will be delivered, for free and on specific days:

What happens if I need my order sooner than the designated delivery day to addresses over 30KM driving radius?
Delivery can be made for next day delivery using the CANADA POST option at checkout.

POSTAL COURIER FAQ
Where do you ship to?
Beer is delivered by CANADA POST and can only be shipped to a physical address (no POBOX) within Ontario. Upon delivery, you will need a valid photo ID that MUST match the name on the shipping address.
The ID must show that the recipient is over 19 years of age.
How do I track my order?
Please visit CANADA POST and enter the tracking number provided in your fulfillment email to get tracking updates.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for every order outside of the Ottawa area. If the $10 flat rate shipping requirements are not met, you can select a CANADA POST shipping charge at time of checkout.
How often do you ship out?
We ship once a week -- Tuesdays. Most shipments arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Tuesday.
What happens if my product is damaged on arrival?
Get in touch with us immediately at info@orleansbrewing.com with your order # and a photo of the damaged product.
We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
